Two years after the deaths of investigative reporter Ján Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kušnírova, we invited supporters of press freedom to join us in a short ceremony of remembrance in Leipzig.

With the Honorary Consul of Slovakia, the Media Foundation of the Sparkasse Leipzig and the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom, we met outside the Nikolaikirche's Freedom Pillar, to honour the memory of these two young people, who were so brutally murdered.
