The European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF) is an organisation that works to promote, preserve and defend media freedom. It does this by monitoring violations, providing practical support and engaging diverse stakeholders at a pan-European level. ECPMF brings together media, freedom of expression organisations and academics from across Europe to counter threats and attacks on media freedom. Its work is centred on the European Charter on Freedom of the Press.
With your donation we report and protest against violations of media freedom, we give shelter and legal support to journalists under threat and we start Europe-wide initiatives.
